(Discount of 7% on Basic Sale Price)
Initial Booking Amount along with application	Rs.1,00,000/-
Within 10 days from date of Booking	15% of BSP (Inc. Initial Booking Amt.)
Within 45 days from date of booking	80% of BSP + Car Parking Amount + Charges for additional load if required.
At the time of Possession of Flat	5% + Stamp Duty + IBMS + any other charges applicable.

CONSTRUCTION LINKED PAYMENT PLAN (PLAN B)

Initial Booking Amount along with application	1,00,000/-
Within 30 days from the date of application	15% of BSP (Inc. Initial Booking Amount)
Within 60 days from the date of application	15% of BSP
Within 90 days from the date of application	15% of BSP
Within 120 days from the date of application	15% of BSP
Within 150 days from the date of application	15% of BSP
Within 180 days from the date of application	15% of BSP
On completion of the Project	10% + stamp duty + IBMS + Car Parking Amount + Any other Charges for additional load if required+ Any other charges applicable.
